Bluegrass Festival Supports Local Music Legend’s Cancer Fight September 16

Bluegrass musician and Fairborn businessman Red Spurlock has been fighting a tough battle with Cancer. Beginning at 10 a.m. on Sunday September 16, his Bluegrass family has come together to organize a fundraising event to help out with his expenses. Join us at the Fraternal Order of Eagles, 509 Sports Street Fairborn, OH 45324, phone (937) 878-9211. Tickets are available at the door for $5 per person.

Over the years, Red has donated time and effort to many fundraising causes himself. Let’s all come together and show support for him and Joyce now. There will be many bands playing all day long along with food and raffles!

Kicking off the event in the 11 a.m. spot is the four-part country music and comedy group, THE BROTHERS & CO. ENTERTAINERS. The “Boys in Black” will take the stage to get things started presenting covers by The Statler Brothers, George Jones and more. Information at
