The Lost Generation in Syria

M. Zuhdi Jasser, President of American Islamic Forum for Democracy, discusses the plight of a generation of displaced Syrian children and youth and solutions for stabilizing the region. At the same time, Jasser also focuses on the conflict between Muslims committed to liberty and those pursuing the dream of an totalitarian Islamic state. If the west is going to help liberty seeking Muslims in the Middle East achieve freedom from both fascist secularism and an supremacist Islamism, there must be real solution seeking dialog.
